KB913377 FIX: IntelliSense may stop working, and Visual Studio may crash, when you try to open a large Managed C++ project in Visual Studio 2005
When you try to open a large Managed C++ (MC++) project in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, you may experience the following problems:• Visual Studio may use 2 gigabytes (GB) of memory.
• CPU usage may reach 100 percent, and Visual Studio may crash.
• IntelliSense may stop working. When this problem occurs, Visual Studio crashes.
You may experience these problems if the project contains many .cpp source files and hundreds of include files.
