SYMPTOMS When you use the VSSConverter.exe tool to migrate from Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 2005 to Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, some items may not be retrieved from the Visual SourceSafe database. Therefore, some items cannot be migrated to Team Foundation Server. Or, items that have empty contents are migrated unexpectedly.
