Breaks Silverlight 2.0 Intellisense

This hotfix breaks my silverlight 2.0 intellisense. Removing the hotfix corrects the problem. I'm getting the following intellisense message:
The type 'Border' was not found. Verify that you are not missing an assembly reference and that all referenced assemblies have been built.

I can confirm, this breaks silverlight 2.0 intellisense for me also.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered here.
If you have the released version of the Visual Studio 2008 extensions for Silverlight 2.0 development,
you DO NOT need this hotfix
The fixes it contains were also rolled into that release and you should not apply the hotfix to machines which have the extensions on them.
I will work to get this clarified on the download pages.
