• Demand Management Export & Import Tool (built 5/29/2010)
• Example of how a partner can export and package EPTs and all other associated entities (Stages, Phases, PDPs, CFs, …) so that customers can import as a single SharePoint feature.
• Bulk Edit Tool (built 7/21/2010)
• Tool to edit project custom fields simultaneously.
• Bulk Import Tool (a.k.a. SharePoint To Project Importer) (built 7/21/2011)
• Tool to import projects from a SharePoint List.
• Dynamic Workflow (built 6/17/2011: fixed email notifications and approval tasks)
• Dynamically create a linear workflow based on stages.
• EPT Association Tool (built 7/21/2010)
• A tool that creates an intuitive unified hierarchical view that allows a user to easily create and maintain EPTs, by seeing all of the individual stages, PDPS, and custom fields all in the same place.
• InfoPath Form Viewer Web Part (built 5/29/2010)
• View and Edit an InfoPath Form in a PDP. This is most commonly used to allow users to fill out a survey.
• Project Workspace List Viewer (built 11/02/2011)
• A web part that allows users to view and edit list from the Project Workspace.
• Excel Project Cost Capture (build 11/22/2010)
• The web part displays project financial data in Excel, allowing the data to be edited in Sharepoint.
• Workflow Visualization Web Part (11/19/2010)
• A web part that visualizes the Project workflow in PWA.
• Report Builder Tool (built 12/13/2010)
• Tool to create an excel report with the SQL connection already configured.
• Workspace Project Custom Field Web Part (7/21/2010)
• Web part to display Project Custom Fields on the Workspace.
• Morphing Workflows (built 6/17/2010)
• Shows the way how to move project from one EPT to another from workflow.
• Three State Approval Workflow (built 6/20/2010)
• Workflow with approval tasks that have three states: "Approve", "Reject" and "Collect more info".
• Programs (built 2/21/2010)
• Enable customers to introduce a lightweight "program" concept into the Demand Management and Portfolio Optimization features in Project Server 2010, leveraging existing custom field, lookup table, workflow, server-side event handler, and report infrastructure.
• Portfolio Strategy Object Publish to RDB (built 12/13/2010)
• Provide a way for an end-user to access all Portfolio Strategy data (includes drivers, prioritizations, analyses) via the RDB.
