You have a 5 button mouse, why not be able to assign all five mouse buttons to commands within visual studio?

Hi,
Trying to install this with Windows 7, VS 2008 and .Net 3.5 SP1 - getting the following message:
"This setup requires the .NET Framework version 1.1.4322. Please install the .NET Framework...."
Any ideas?
