VS changes my Registry...

I've rebuild my Solution with your Tutorial, but now, I've got a little Problem after build my Windows Installer:
Project-Settings "Registry on Target Machine":

that's a bug in VS2008. as a workaround, you can create the setup project in a separate solution (apart from the VSTO project) or install VS2008 SP1 where the bug is fixed.
as an added note: if you install SP1, there are more implications: your VSTO project would now require .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, not .NET Framework 3.5. it might be easier to create a new solution for the setup project.
