Note that there are two separate downloads but they are identical except that the one with _2 in the name includes all the Subversion information for my code repository. You should just download the Code_Kelly.Azure.0610 not the other one. (I didn't create the download packages - MSDN editors do that as part of the publishing process; sorry.)
