Agreed with other posters. Excellent tool!
Is there any way to include the schema names? So that the document could be used as a data dictionary?

Sorry for the delay in responding.
Sure - including the schema names is possible, but I'm not sure that a Word Document is necessarily the best way to output that kind of information.
In Microsoft CRM you can find a metadata browser at http://<server name>/<organization name>/sdk/list.aspx
There are a couple of display issues in CRM 4.0 (strange 'ï¿½' text here and there) but it still works.
This will give you a list of all the entities by schema name and allows you to drill into the defintion to get details on the entity attributes.
This provides more detailed information for developers. When you say data dictionary - I expect you mean data for developers. Did you have something else in mind?
In any case - anything that is in the exported customization.xml file could be added to the output by modifying the XSL that generates the document.
I'm not planning to do this -but I've posted the source code so that anyone who wants to can have at it.
