PerformancePoint Services Scorecard Data Collection Sample
All Resource Updates
Change History (all pages)
The PerformancePoint Services Scorecard Data Collection Sample shows how to save data from a PerformancePoint Services scorecard to an external repository, such as a SQL Server table or SharePoint list. Scorecards typically display key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics that measure your organization’s performance.
Historical performance data can be difficult to reconstruct, in part because KPI definitions, targets, and thresholds often change over time. By saving snapshots of scorecard data, you can create a historical record of your organization’s performance that can be used as a data source for PerformancePoint Services KPIs and reports, and the data can be displayed in trend reports and used for further analysis.
